Cancellation Policy for Nightly and Weekly Reservations

  • A non-refundable deposit of $25 charged at the time of reservation.
  • The amount of the entire reservation will be charged if cancelled within 24 hours of your arrival date.

Cancellation policy for monthly reservations

  • A $500 non-refundable deposit is required when the reservation is made.

Monthly Rates and Guidelines

  • $975 per month plus electric
  • $500 non-refundable deposit required at time of reservation
  • RVs must be less than 10 years old
  • Maximum length of stay of six months
  • Children three and under are permitted to stay long term
  • Rate is based on two people. Extra adults are $5.00 per night
  • Registration and proof of insurance required upon arrival
  • Maximum of two vehicles per RV
  •  No refunds are given for early departures
  •  Early departures resulting in a stay of less than a month will be converted to the weekly rate
  • The owner of the RV must be staying on site (no sub-rentals)
  • Owner must be able to move the RV at any given time during the stay for emergency purposes.

Yes, we are open year round. We recommend campers  have units that are made specifically for cold temperatures as Ohio winters can be quite challenging for RVers.

Yes, we allow dogs however we do not permit pit bulls, rottweilers, or any aggressive dog, no matter the breed. Each camp site is limited to three dogs. We ask that owners keep their pets on leashes and pick up after them immediately.

We allow children over three years of age to stay a maximum of four days. Children three and under are permitted to stay long term.  We are not a recreational park and do not have activities for children.

No, we do not. We have a six month maximum length of stay. Campers are permitted to stay six months and are then required to leave for six months before returning.

We do not have RVs or cabins available to rent.

We do not have a site for tents, nor do we permit tiny houses or converted school buses.  All RVs must be RVIA certified.

Policies and guidelines

What we ask of our guests

  •  Check in between 12:30 and sunset. Check out by 11:00 am on your departure day.
  • All mats, satellites, and vehicles must be kept off the grass. Each site is to be kept clean and free of clutter and litter, including cigarette butts. RVs must be in good condition.
  • Pets are permitted at the manager's discretion. Owners must clean up and properly dispose of pet waste immediately. A fine of $25 per incident will be assessed for violations of this policy. Noisy, aggressive, or objectionable pets will not be tolerated. Pets must always be on a leash and must never be left unattended outside. Pets must have immunizations up to date, having tags and medical records as proof.  
  • Do not park vehicles in empty campsites. If you are unsure where to park your vehicle or a guest's vehicle, please inquire at the office.   
  • Quiet hours are 10:00pm to 10:00am. Loud music is not permitted. 
  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. 
  • Loaded firearms and fireworks are not permitted. 
  • Excessive use of alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs are prohibited.  
  • Grills are permitted at your site. A community fire pit is available for your use in front of the house. Free firewood is provided. 
  • Children are to play in the front yard, away from other campers.  We have corn hole and other yard games available for your use on the front porch.
  • All RVs must maintain 15 feet from other campers to comply with the fire code.  
  • We do not provide trash pickup. Please take trash and recycling to the dumpsters located at the back of the park.  
  • Do not flush wipes down the toilet. Although they sometimes say they are flushable, they hurt our wastewater system. 
  • Please do not dye your hair in our restrooms.
  • Campers are financially responsible for any damage to the park resulting from their actions or the actions of their guests. Any repair, cleanup, or replacement costs will be charged to the credit card on file.
  • We require all RVs to be RVIA Certified.
  • The owner of the RV must be staying on site and have a vehicle capable of moving the RV in case of an emergency.
  • Management reserves the right to have rule violators ejected without a refund.
