We are a family owned small business. Sue and Jim own the park and their daughter, Joy, manages the day to day operations. Sue's parents, Warren and Lucille Douce, started renting space in their side yard to RVers in 1965. Their historic 1852 farmhouse currently serves as the park office and Sue and Jim's home.
The park is located on one of the oldest roads in the country: the National Road, U.S. Route 40.
This clean, friendly, three acre park can accommodate 35 camping units on level gravel sites with full hook-ups.
We are three miles from the junction of I-270 and I-70 on the west side of Columbus. We are located on US Route 40, the Historic National Road, nine miles from downtown Columbus.
We are 11 miles from The Ohio State University's Horseshoe, home of The Buckeyes, as well as OSU's James Cancer Center.
Located 12 miles from the Columbus Convention Center, 13 miles from Berliner Park, and 20 miles from the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium, we are a convenient home base while you visit Columbus.
