Stays ranging from 7 nights up to 1 month have a reduced nightly rate

Additional Fees

A non-refundable fee of $3 will be applied to each reservation. Monthly fees will be charged a 3% credit card processing fee. Cash can be paid at check-in to avoid credit card fees.

Additional guests ages ten and over are $5 per person per night**

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Nightly and Weekly Reservations

  • A non-refundable deposit of $25 (plus applicable fees) is charged at the time of reservation.
  • The amount of the entire reservation will be charged if cancelled within 24 hours of your arrival date.

Cancellation policy for monthly reservations

  • A $500 non-refundable deposit (plus applicable fees) is required when the reservation is made which is applied to the first month’s charge.

Monthly Rates and Guidelines

  • $995-$1050 per month plus electric
  • $500 non-refundable deposit required at time of reservation
  • RVs must be less than 10 years old
  • Maximum length of stay of six months
  • Children three and under are permitted to stay long term
  • Rate is based on two people. Extra adults are $5.00 per night
  • Registration and proof of insurance required upon arrival
  • Maximum of two vehicles per RV
  • No refunds are given for early departures
  • Early departures resulting in a stay of less than a month will be converted to the weekly rate
  • The owner of the RV must be staying on site (no sub-rentals)
